Instafill.ai doesn’t offer a full free version. A demo mode is available at no cost so you can see how the AI works, but it’s limited - it only fills the first two pages, doesn’t allow downloading the completed document, and doesn’t allow uploading files as source documents for filling. Paid accounts unlock source-document uploads, full accuracy, complete multi-page filling, and downloadable results that reflect the real performance of the AI.

Yes. Instafill.ai supports free-form instructions, similar to ChatGPT. You can tell the AI how to handle your forms and data, what details to prioritize, and even guide the tone or writing style for industry-specific language. The AI follows your instructions to complete documents the way you want - consistently and in your own voice.

Self-service is our do-it-yourself plan: you upload forms and the AI fills them, with automatic flat-to-fillable conversion, up to 20 pages per document and up to 2 source files per fill. Turn on Remove limits for Self-service Unlimited, which drops the hard page and file limits (fair-use applies) and adds shared workspaces, field dependencies, API and webhooks, and HIPAA with a BAA. No. Every plan includes unlimited users at no extra cost, and so does a free account - invite your whole team and collaborate on forms and documents together. Our pricing is outcome-based: you pay for the documents you complete, not for how many people use the account.

Paid plans automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade or cancel before the renewal date. When a new billing period begins, fresh credits are added to your account so you can continue filling forms and documents without interruption.

Yes. We can convert non-fillable (scanned or “flat”) PDFs into fillable forms. In other words, if you provide us with a flat document, we can convert it into a fillable format, and from there, you can start working with it.

Yes. Instafill.ai protects every file with AES-256 encryption, the same standard used by governments worldwide. Your encrypted files are stored only in Microsoft Azure’s San Antonio, TX data center, which provides strong physical and digital safeguards. Azure is our sole sub-processor for storage; no other third parties ever handle your encrypted or decrypted data.
