Vul hier het maandnummer van de oprichtingsdatum van de moedermaatschappij in (bijvoorbeeld 01 voor januari tot 12 voor december).

Vul hier het jaartal van de oprichtingsdatum van de moedermaatschappij in (bijvoorbeeld 2020).

Vul de juridische rechtsvorm van de moedmaatschappij in (bijv. 'BV', 'NV', 'Stichting' of de volledige rechtsvormbenaming).

Vul het RSIN (Rechtspersonen en Samenwerkingsverbanden Informatienummer) of het fiscale nummer van de moedermaatschappij in zoals toegekend door de Belastingdienst.

Vink deze box aan als één of meer van de genoemde (gegroepeerde) maatschappijen de tonnageregeling toepassen. Fill only if '9a - Ja' is 'Yes'.
