Fill a Form from Your Documents
Fills one blank form from the documents and notes the package holds, and hands the agent a link to the filled form.
Overview
You add a blank form and the documents or notes holding your data. In the standard single-form Fill Any Form workflow, the agent passes the selected documents and text to the fill.

When the Agent Chooses This Tool
The standard Fill Any Form instructions tell the agent to identify one blank form, fill it from the supplied information, and stop.
Inputs and Outputs
Takes: the form, selected source documents, and included text.
Returns: the filled form's address and field counts on success, or a failure reason.
Example
A contractor adds a blank bid form, last month's bid package and a note: "Same as the Fulton job, bid price $41,500."
The selected bid package and included note supply the information for the fill. A successful fill gives the agent a link to the filled form.
Limits
- One fill per run in the standard single-form workflow. Once the run has a completed PDF, another form fill in that run is refused.
- Nothing to fill from is refused. If no selected attachment resolves, no client text is included, and no record was looked up, the tool asks for source information through its result.
- Review the completed form. Check the filled values and remaining blanks before submitting it.
FAQ
Can I just write the details instead of attaching a document?
Yes. Included text can supply the fill's data, and text answers to the agent's questions are included too.
