Subject: Summary of Case Review Meeting for Leo Miller (ID: 99482-B) - March 14, 2026.

We met today at the Evergreen Family Services office to discuss the ongoing progress for Leo. The meeting was chaired by our lead caseworker, Sarah Jenkins, with Susan Thorne overseeing as the departmental supervisor. The meeting room was crowded, reflecting the urgency of the placement. Attendees included myself, Mark Halloway (Primary Foster Parent, 555-010-9988), and Jane Doe, the biological aunt (555-012-3344). Also present were Dr. Aris Varma (Child Psychologist, 555-099-1212), our team liaison Marcus Reed (Team 4, 555-088-7766), and legal advocate Brenda Sims (555-033-4455). We were also joined by school counselor Tom Gable (555-022-1100) and our volunteer coordinator, Linda Kress (555-044-6677).

During the session, we solidified the case goals. The primary task is to finalize the 'School Placement Transition' by April 20th, 2026, which we will verify by obtaining a signed enrollment confirmation form from the district office. We need to get all these signatures back to the main office by April 25th, 2026. Please ensure the fax reaches the agency at 555-999-0000. Sarah emphasized that the 'Miller-99' case file should remain strictly confidential. The weather was unusually rainy, which made the commute for some attendees difficult, but we managed to finish the agenda in full. We need to make sure the verification of completion is submitted strictly by May 1st, 2026.
