Form 130-U, Application for Texas Title and/or Registration Completed Form Examples and Samples

Hey Sarah, I finally managed to finalize the paperwork for that truck I bought last week! Since we need to get the Texas title and registration sorted by the end of the month, I pulled together the info we need for the 130-U. The seller was Mike Johnson (Dealer ID: GDN-55482) and he provided the bill of sale. The truck is a 2024 Ford F-150, blue in color. The VIN is 1FTEX1EP2RKD98231. I checked the odometer and it’s at 12,450 miles—I’m confident it's accurate, so we shouldn't have to mark it as 'Not Actual'. The purchase price was $48,000. I am listing myself, Robert L. Miller, as the primary owner, and I want to add you, Sarah M. Miller, as the additional applicant. We’ll use our house address at 742 Maple Lane, Austin, TX 78701 for the mailing address, and our county of residence is Travis County. We are going to apply for both the Title and the Registration at the same time. Also, we aren't trading in our old sedan, so don't worry about those sections on the form.
