How Lendero LLC fills Merchant Cash Advance agreements from Cognito Forms in under 2 minutes
Lendero LLC is a US finance provider that specializes in merchant cash advances: a business sells part of its future receivables in exchange for capital now. Every deal ends in a multi-page Standard Merchant Cash Advance Agreement. With Instafill.ai connected to the Cognito Forms application its sales team already used, each submission now fills that agreement on its own, in under 2 minutes instead of 15–20 minutes of typing.

The challenge
Sales representatives submitted each merchant's application through Cognito Forms: the legal name, DBA and Federal ID, the entity type, addresses and authorized signers, the requested advance, the purchase price, and banking and financial details. Someone then typed all of it into the agreement by hand, 15–20 minutes per contract.
The agreement has dozens of fields across the main contract and its addendum pages, and the addendum repeats the same set of fields for each additional merchant. A wrong legal name, Federal ID or amount could invalidate an agreement or create a compliance issue. Cognito Forms captured the data, but nothing carried it from the submission into the contract. The team found Instafill.ai through a Google search.
The solution
The agreement was a flat PDF with no form fields. Instafill.ai's team turned it into a fillable PDF with flat-to-fillable conversion and placed it in Lendero's account within 24 hours of signup. A one-time fine-tuning of the form took about 3–5 minutes and taught the AI the agreement's logic, such as the entity-type checkboxes: when "Corporation" is checked, LLC, Partnership and the others must stay empty.
Cognito Forms was then connected through a webhook that starts a fill on every submission. The webhook address carries the form's ID and an API key generated in Instafill.ai's organization settings, so every application the sales team submits fills the agreement with no one touching it.
Testing showed one field filled with the wrong amount: the purchase price was landing in the Receivables Purchased Amount field, because two financial fields read alike. The team caught it by reviewing the filled sessions, then clarified the field's description in the field editor. After that change, every test submission filled correctly.
The results
| Before | With Instafill.ai | |
|---|---|---|
| Time per agreement | 15–20 minutes | Under 2 minutes |
| Data entry | Typed by hand from each submission | Filled by webhook from each submission |
| Accuracy | Prone to transcription errors | 99–100% after fine-tuning |
| Manual work | On every submission | None for standard deals |
Each completed agreement now arrives by email with the filled PDF attached, ready for a quick review before it goes to the merchant for signature. Every fill also stays in the Instafill.ai dashboard, where the team can open it and download it as a flat or fillable PDF. More deals no longer mean more typing for the operations team.
