To the Underwriting Team: We are preparing our application for renewal with Affinity Healthcare. Our company, SafeTransit Solutions LLC, began operations in 2012 under the current management team who have been leading the firm for the last 12 years. We have been with our current insurance agency, Keystone Risk Partners, for 6 years. Our mailing address is 4500 Healthcare Way, Suite 100, Philadelphia, PA 19106, located in Philadelphia County. We operate with a fleet of 15 vans and 3 passenger cars, totaling 18 vehicles. Last year, our fleet logged 120,000 miles. We do not operate under any other name, nor are we a subsidiary. Our service radius is 50 miles, primarily serving the Philadelphia, PA metro area, and we do not cross state lines. We provide non-emergency medical transportation and wheelchair services, with a total of 15,000 annual non-emergency ambulance calls and 5,000 wheelchair transports. 

Safety is our top priority; we maintain a full-time Safety Director and a rigorous driver training program that includes annual defensive driving and wheelchair securement training provided by our on-staff medical director. All 25 of our drivers are subject to random drug testing, and we use GPS tracking to monitor driver behavior. We have had no losses in the last five years and our vehicles are serviced in-house every 5,000 miles, with all maintenance records meticulously kept on file.
