Hi Ilan, as we discussed on the phone, I am ready to list my condo at 56 Annie Craig Drive, Unit 1411 (Postal code M8V 0C8). We are looking to list it for $849,000. It is a beautiful condo apartment. I am hoping we can set the possession date for 60 days after the sale, as that gives me enough time to coordinate my move to the suburbs. I want to emphasize that the building, 'The Watermark', is managed by Del Property Management. The unit itself is on the 14th floor, and we have one underground parking spot included (Level P2, spot 44). I am planning to leave the fridge, stove, and dishwasher for the buyers, but I am definitely taking the dining room chandelier with me.
