Subject: Planning our Fremont Community Spring Festival - May 2026

Hi everyone, I am finalizing the plans for our upcoming Fremont Community Spring Festival. I'm filling out the permit application now. The event will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Central Park Performance Pavilion (located at 40000 Paseo Padre Pkwy, Fremont, CA 94538). We are expecting roughly 700 attendees daily. Setup will begin at 6:00 AM, and we expect the event to run from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with cleanup finishing by 7:00 PM.

I’m Sarah Jenkins from the Fremont Heritage Foundation, a non-profit (Tax ID: 99-8877665). You can reach me for the application at 510-555-0199 or my cell at 510-555-0988. Our email is [email protected]. Since we are having live music, we definitely need sound amplification, and we’ve hired 'Reliable Stage & Sound' to bring in a portable stage and some generators for power. We will also have a local food truck alley, so we are expecting about 15 vendors. We plan to serve beer and wine near the main stage, so I have the ABC application ready to go. I’ll make sure all the signage is handled properly—we’ll have banners at the main entrance and some directional signs throughout the park. I've already coordinated with the regional fire marshal regarding the tent safety requirements for our main shade canopy. Let’s aim to submit this by March 15th to ensure we meet the 60-day requirement for our high-impact permit.
