Re: Case Update – Miller v. Miller (Civil Action Number: CV-2026-00452)

We need to move forward with the hearing request for our client, Marcus Miller, in his ongoing divorce matter. As you know, the opposing party, Elena Miller, has failed to comply with the court-ordered alimony payments. Our lead attorney, Thomas R. Halloway, has already filed the Motion for Domestic Contempt on January 14, 2026. 

Given the complexity of the financials, we are seeking a Final Hearing. While the parties attempted mediation on November 12, 2025, it resulted in an impasse, so we are now moving to the court for a resolution. We are specifically looking to address the outstanding alimony, the continued non-payment of the court-ordered household expenses, and the requested attorney fees. 

I’ve reviewed our calendar and we estimate that we will need exactly 1.5 hours per side to present our evidence properly. We have not requested a jury trial. Regarding scheduling, we would prefer for this case to be placed on the next available docket that allows our case to be within the first five cases heard, as the client is traveling from out of state and we want to minimize the wait time at the courthouse. Please ensure the form is filed correctly and a copy is sent to Judge Walmsley’s office immediately. Let me know once the e-filing is complete.
