Dear Honorable Judge Sarah Thompson,

I hope this message finds you well. As we conclude our monthly review of county expenditures for the support of minors who do not hold status as wards of the court, I am submitting our preliminary findings for your judicial oversight and signature.

Per the audit conducted by my office, the disbursements for September 26 were processed in full compliance with the state standards. We have reviewed the accounts for Sangamon County and everything appears to be in order for the record. Could you please review the attached documentation and provide your certification?

As you know, the statute requires the County Treasurer's certification to accompany the judicial signature for these funds to be released. I am currently holding the signed Treasurer's Certification ready for your files. Please confirm if you are available at the 7th Judicial Circuit chambers later this week to finalize the paperwork. If you agree with the figures, please note your name and title on the document accordingly. I appreciate your continued partnership in managing these sensitive minor support cases and look forward to your prompt attention to this matter so we can finalize the filings for the current fiscal period.
